What is Leadership? For whom does it matter?
Resources and training on leadership abound, but they can be complex and confusing to anyone wishing for a simple failsafe recipe.
A recent survey by General Electric and polling firm Ipsos reports what “leadership mindset” companies communicate and develop in employees. It covers as many as 15 qualities or characteristics: responsible, reliable, humble, adaptable, respectable, accountable, quality-focused, innovative, focused, transparent, diversity-focused, customer-centric, sustainability-focused, collaborative, safety-minded.
How many times or hours will you need to demonstrate those qualities in a week, and who will keep tabs? How do you know they matter?
Instead in this workshop, Hong Nguyen-Phuong will provide a simple framework to clearly understand management and leadership practices that deliver results.
For the bulk of the workshop, you will engage in group discussions on impactful leadership and the actions leading to it.
Supporting materials come from the world of popular music that anyone can understand.
After this workshop, you may end up thinking differently about your work.
