Her vast experience, including her role as Vice President of Software Engineering and Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Tile, among others, has given her invaluable insights into the unique challenges women face in the tech landscape.
Today, Jossie channels her extensive experience towards transformative coaching. She supports women in tech in finding the balance and fulfillment they need to succeed in every facet of their lives. With her unwavering belief in their potential and relentless tenacity, Jossie is a dynamic force in the tech industry.
