Mentoring Matters Talk – April 2023

About this event

How does one design for influence and become an effective Product Manager and Leader?

In this session, Lisa will engage both our creativity and logical thinking and leave with the following key takeaways:

  • Understanding why there is a gap between what customers say versus what they actually do
  • Awareness of what bias could be affecting a Product manager’s results
  • How to apply Behavioral Science when developing a new product or evolving on an existing one.

Using the principles of Behavioral Science, Lisa will help us see the importance of understanding human behaviour in product management leadership.
